Exam Stress Bootcamp

The CopeMeds Exam-Stress Coping bootcamp begins with an  exploratory session that offers a confidential space to unpack your biggest exam worries—procrastination, memory lapses, perfectionism, or sheer test anxiety. Through a structured interview and a brief, validated tools, we create an objective Exam-Stress Profile. 

You then receive a personalised action plan that maps week-by-week tactics. Follow-up sessions, held individually or in small online cohorts, fuse smart-study engineering with mind–body regulation. You’ll learn spaced-repetition schedules, active-recall drills, concept maps and past-paper “hacks”; practise diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and quick visualisation scripts to steady pre-exam nerves; master cognitive re-framing and self-compassion cues to replace catastrophic thinking; and apply timed focus blocks, distraction-control techniques, and sleep-nutrition micro-habits to optimise energy. 

Reflection prompts after each meeting feed a progress log so you can watch anxiety scores drop and confidence climb. This program complements—but does not replace—licensed psychological therapy. By the final session you’ll own a customised toolkit that transforms exam stress into sharper recall, calmer performance and sustainable academic strength.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

For healthcare students  Exam time is particularly stressful … squeezed between ward work and clinical postings .Also  the study holidays allotted may be comparatively less due to the need of running the clinical postings parallelly. The result: information overload, blank-outs, burnout, and confusion about what—and how much—to write in the paper. Success should never come at the cost of mental and physical damage

Delivered on alternate days:

    1. Quick-Fire Stress Control – Two-minute breathing drills, power poses, huddle jumping the “thought block” moments.
    2. Smart Study & Recall – Spaced-repetition timetables, active-recall mnemonics, last-minute syllabus triage, remember with a story technique
    3. Exam-Hall Mastery – Time boxing per section, MCQ “pressure sprints,” get past the blank out ,structuring case-based answers, ace the unexpected, viva voce composure.

 

Nutrition–sleep hacks and mock-exam simulations.

Post-session prompts feed a progress log so you watch anxiety scores drop and confidence climb.
