The Cultural Competence Training Module starts with a confidential exploratory session where you share cultural challenges and goals. Through a structured interview and a validated cross-cultural inventory, we generate a personalised awareness profile that guides subsequent, issue-specific sessions. Each meeting integrates reflection writing and is reviewed for progress; if needs exceed our scope, timely referral to licensed psychologists is provided. Core content builds cultural awareness, humility and bias recognition; hones inclusive verbal, non-verbal and digital communication; rehearses clinical scenarios involving integration of cultural sensitivity into practice; strengthens team collaboration and culturally responsive decision-making; and equips a Bias-Interruption Toolkit using mindfulness and micro-affirmations. .Please note This module complements—but does not replace—licensed psychological care; referrals are suggested whenever needed.
